Romeo brought us his 2016 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat for the first round of modifications!
Up first in the shop, John set the supercharged 6.2L HEMI up with an air-intake system and air-oil separator from JLT Performance, 2.75″ upper supercharger pulley & billet idler from Metco Motorsports, a Gates HD Fleetrunner Micro-V "Green" serpentine belt, a set of 2.00″ primary diameter long-tube headers from Stainless Works, ID1050X fuel injectors from Injector Dynamics, and a 180° thermostat from Mishimoto Automotive.
With the mechanical work wrapped in the shop, Matt strapped her down to the rollers for Vlad to perform a custom calibration via HP Tuners. The results? With 93 octane in the tank, and the IHI 2.4L supercharger delivering 15psi, Vlad increased output to 787.87whp & 720.11lbft! The extra ~120whp, supercharger whine, and exhaust note should definitely make the daily commute far more interesting.
