Corey brought us his 2015 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 to get it Flex Fuel enabled, breathing better, and dialed in to 650whp!
Up first, Tim set the LSA engine up with an air-intake system from JLT Performance, GripTec 2.35″ upper supercharger pulley from ZPE, Green HD Fleetrunner belt from Gates, solid supercharger isolator from Lingenfelter Performance Engineering, reinforced supercharger intercooler brick from Dedicated Motorsports, 42mm core heat exchanger from C&R Racing, 160° thermostat from Lingenfelter Performance Engineering, long-tube headers from Stainless Works connecting to a ATAK exhaust system from Borla Exhaust, TR6 spark plugs from NGK Spark Plugs, spark plug wires from MSD Performance wrapped in Protect-a-Boots from Design Engineering, Inc., Flex Fuel conversion from DSX Tuning, auxiliary fuel pump from DSX Tuning, ID1050X fuel injectors from Injector Dynamics, Mild catch can from Mightymouse Solutions, all topped off with lower control arms, rear trailing arms, rear tie rods, and polyurethane bushings from BMR Suspension to help put the power down.
With the mechanical work wrapped in the shop, John strapped her back down for Vlad to perform a custom Flex Fuel calibration via HP Tuners. With the factory 1.9L supercharger delivering 14-15psi, Vlad increased the LSA's output to 595.05whp & 590.19lbft on 93 octane and 657.35whp & 625.15lbft on E85! Solid results through the 6L90E automatic transmission.
