Leo brought us his 2012 Cadillac CTS-V to get it 9-second capable!
Up first in the shop, Andrew set the V2 up with a harmonic balancer from Lingenfelter Performance Engineering, pinned crankshaft to eliminate slippage, paired with a 9.17" lower supercharger pulley from Lingenfelter Performance Engineering to further overdrive the supercharger by 18%, an auxiliary fuel pump system from DSX Tuning, all perfectly complementing the existing modifications including a Stage-III Torque 3-bolt conversion camshaft from Brian Tooley Racing, valve train from Brian Tooley Racing, rocker arm bronze bushing trunnion upgrade from Smith Brothers Pushrods, long-tube headers from Speed Engineering, 1300cc fuel injectors from Fuel Injector Clinic, 340lph in-tank fuel pumps from AEM Performance Electronics, Flex Fuel conversion from DSX Tuning, 2.38" GripTec upper pulley from ZPE Industries, a 102mm throttle body from Nick Williams Performance mated to a port matched supercharger snout, breathing in through a 5" cold-air intake system, all topped off with an 8-gallon trunk-mounted icebox from PNRWelding.
With the mechanical work wrapped in the shop, Matt strapped her down to the rollers for Vlad to perform a custom Flex Fuel calibration via HP Tuners. With 86° F ambient air and 67% humidity, Vlad increased the LSA's output to 740.44whp & 756.57lbft on E85! With power where it needs to be, transmitting through 28" M&H Racemaster radials, Leo's in good to shape to get his 9-second slip!
